With SCOTUS out of session until May 17, we now know we won’t see a Bilski decision–eagerly-anticipated though it might be–for at least another week-and-a-half. If not longer.
In the meantime, we do have one more take on the case and on the challenge of representing clients while we wait. This one comes from Eamonn Gardner from Cooley (an Institute sponsor and the firm of planning committee member Wayne Stacy) in Broomfield, Colorado.
We happened upon another Bilski video today when it came through a blog feed from the Foundry Group’s Brad Feld. For an anti-software patent opinion, take a look at “Patent Absurdity” (below), which was filmed last fall and was supported by the Free Software Foundation.
